   1. The Complainant has stated that the Respondmt has booked an apartlnent in the
      Complainanfs project'PENTACON ENCLAVE situated at Shahapur, Thane However, the
      Respondent has delaulted in maling timely payments even after sending multiple reminders
      by the Complainant. Therefore, the Complainant has prayed that the Respondent be directed

      to pay the balance amounts along with interest for the default in rnaking payments.



  2   On the date of the heaing, the parties submitted that thev will settle the matter amicably


  3. The audrorised representative of the Complainant has inJormed this Authority that the
      matter has been amicably resolved and the possession of the apartment has already been
      handed over to the Respondent


  4. In view of the above, no further directions are walranted.
