Mt.., (as p€r Ciq Survey records $tY 10221.350 Sq. Mtrs.) situated at Mouza: Somalwada, p. H. No. 38/1 was pujchased by the said company ftorn Shri Vasanrrao Daltaji Dhanwate and four others vide Regisrered Sale Deed dated 12.05.1969, registered with Sub Registrar, Nagpur at Book No. I, at Sr. No.2604 dated 12.05.i969, and ihe land bearing Kn. No. 38/l was also purchased fton Shri Vasantrao Daltaji Dhanwate and four olhers lide Regisrered Sale Deed dared 12.05.1969 resisrered with Sub Registrar, Nagpur at Book No. I, at Sr. No. 2605 dated 12.05.
