I Awani Kulkarni, has undertaken assignment as Architect of certifying Percentage of
Completion of Layout situated on the Plot bearing Survey No. 2 and 3 demarcated by its
boundaries Nala to the North 24 mtr. Road to the South Kh. No. 4 to the East Kh. No. 1 to the
West of Division Sinaka village, Hingna taluka, Nagpur District admeasuring 39700.00 sq.mts.
area being developed by Kulkarni Developers, Milind Kulkarni.

1. Following technical professionals are appointed by Owner / Promoter: ––
   (i) M/s Awani Kulkarni as Architect;
   (ii) Shri Anadee Kulkarni as Structural Consultant
   (iii) Shri Surendra Achare as MEP Consultant
   (iv) Shri Anadee Kulkarni as Site Supervisor

Based on Site Inspection, with respect to layout of the aforesaid Real Estate Project, I certify
that as on the date of this certificate, the Percentage of Work done for layout of the Real Estate
Project as registered vide number P50500013862 under MahaRERA is as per table A herein
below.
