I anm responsible for carrying out the work in accordance with the development
permission and as per the approved plan and submit certiticate of supervision of work
and to cary out material testing in-situ or in the authorized laboratory and to ensure
quality of work and workmanship as per preseribed specifications. and as per h BC
and or other relevant ant code of practice.


1.        Input Materials, Fixtures and fittings


       I am hercby certily thal all Construction material, Fixtures and Fittings
       with regard to the looring. Electrical, Sanitary fittings etc and amenities to
       be provided by the Promoter in the said Project, building and the Apartment as
       are as per specilicalions mentioned in Annexure F of Agreement of Sale.

          limits of deviations as per relevant code of
                                                         practice.

         Mr. P. S. Patankar having NIT Licenses no.l-1219630 having otlice no.
         0712-2249096.

          The structural design of buildings in this project has heen dorne under his
         uper\ asion. The tomwork and conerete mix design has been done as per S
         T02022009 or as per other relevant codes as applicable. Iis periodie checks
         and certilicates for STABILITY and SAFETY have been kept on record.


         Preseration of records.- Records of all test result of this project have been
         properly kept in the preseribed formals and will be preserved at least up to the
         deleet liability period or for the period as required by any other provision of
