        As this project was registered in the year 2018, we have uploaded the Proforma
 of allotment letter and agreement for sale as was mandated by MahaRera then. We
 hereby declare that we have not deviated from the proforma allotment letter and
 agreement for sale while issuing them to the buyer. All the plots are sold in above
 scheme and hence there will be no new issuance of allotment letter.

        Since there is no deviation from the model copy of Agreement for sale, we cannot
 submit any deviation report.
