          Occupancy Certificate was submitted on 12.11.2021


We hereby state that our project Gangotri Crown having Rera Registration No.
P50500010713 situated at Gangotri Crown, Plot No 1 at Godhani Railway, Nagpur-441123
had been completed on 12/11/2021, the promoter had submitted NMRDA occupancy
certificate and Form 4 Architect Certificate on portal. Since the project got completed
on 12.11.2021 compliance of Rera Form 5 for the F Y 2022-2023 is not applicable in the
present case.
