                   To 31-03-2019.with respect to MAHARERA Regn. Number..P50500010477.


     1. This certificate is issued in accordance with the provisions of the Real Estate (Regulation and
          Development) Act, 2016 read along with the Andhra Pradesh Real Estate (Regulation and
          Development) (Registration of Real Estate Projects, Registration of Real Estate Agents, Rates of
          Interest and Disclosures on Website) Rules, 2017.

     2. I/We have obtained all necessary information and explanation from the Company, during the
        course of our audit, which in my/our opinion are necessary for the purpose of this certificate.


     3.     I/We hereby confirm that I/We have examined the prescribed registers, books and documents,
           and the relevant records of [Promoter] for the period ended 31-03-2019. and hereby certify
           that:
           i.      The Vidarbha Premier Co-Op Housing Society Ltd Gandhisagar Nagpur.
                   (Promoter) have completed ..100.9% of the project titled The Vidarbha Premier Nagri
                   Phase 3 Kalmeshwar having MahaRera Reg. No ...P50500010477.located at Near
                   Santra Market Road Kalmeshwar ,Distt Nagpur

           ii      Amount collected during the year for this project is Rs. 12,40,250=00and amounts
                   collected tilldate is Rs. 44,27,965=14.


          iii - Noseparate Bank Account for the project is maintained by The Vidarbha Premier co-op
                    housing society Ltd Nagpur and therefore the questionot withdrawal trom such
                       designatedaccount does not arise.
    4. We certify that The Vidarbha Premier co-op Housing Society Itd Nagpur has utilized the
       amounts collected for The Vidarbha Premnier Nagari Phase-III Kalmeshwar for that project only.

       Note- Since The Vidarbha Premier Co-op Housing Society Ltd has not maintained a separate
       bank account for itsproject the withdrawal of amount for the said project isnot applicable
