POSSESSION ACKNOWLEDGMENT
 1/ We undersigned do hereby acknowledged that the physical possessionof all that
 Residential Apartment No. 101 situated on the Second Floor of the building know
 and styled as "SHREE GAJANAN APARTMENT"       and standing on the plot Nos.124 &
 125, Having Carpet area of S9.76 Sq. Mtrs. Total built up area of 66.40 Sq. Mtrs
with variable 10.62% undivided share and interest in the area of the plot area
admeasuring 359.172 Sq.Mtrs.,        as per    regularization    Letter   of      Nagpur
 Improvement Trust, Nagpur of Khasara No. 58, Mouza - Manewada, Sheet No.
421/42, city Survey No.580, Corporation House No. 6614/124 & 125, Ward No. 14,
 in the Layout of Dobi Nagar Co-Operative Housing Society Ltd. Nagpur, Situated at
 Manewada ,Nagpur within the limit of Nagpur Municipal Corporation, Nagpur &
 Nagpur Improvement Trust, Nagpur, Tah. And Dist. Nagpur has been delivered by
you (SHRI GAJANAN BUILDERS & DEVELOPERS) at the time of Agreement/Sale
 Deed.

That I Have personally seen, verified Apartment and fully satisfied in the respect
•of the construction , title amenities and specification and also modification
directed by me. And I/We do hereby declare that I /We have received the physical
possessionof t he said apartment from you in fully completely finished condition. I
/WE further declare that the construction work, Plumbing work, electric work
panting works, sanitary work and other allied work etc. satisfactorily executed of
the aforesaid apartment is as per agreement to sell executed in favor of me/us.

That the I / We do hereby declare that I /We have no dispute with you regarding
quality of construction, title , amenities and specification or any other matter
regarding my lour apartment.

That I/We do hereby declare that I/We shall pay the yearly proportionate
municipal corporation taxes, and the services tax if applicable of the aforesaid
apartment and commonly monthly proportionate maintenance charges to the
association I.e. SHREEGAJANANAPARTMENTOWNERSASSOCIATION.
