                    situated at Manewada,Nagpur within the limit of Nagpur within the limit
                    of Nagpur Municipal Corporation, Nagpur & Nagpur Improvement Trust,
                    Nagpur, Tab. and Dist. NAGPURhas been delivered by you (SHRI
                    GAJANAN BUILDERS & DEVELOPERS) at the time of Agreement/sale
                    deed.


                   That I have personally seen, verifiedApartment and fully satisfied in respect
                   of the    construction, title, amenities and       specifications and   also
                   modifications directed by me. And I/We do hereby declare that I/We have
                   received the physical possession of the said apartment from you in fully
                   completelyfinished condition. I / We further declare that the construction
                   work , plumbing work , electrical work, painting work, sanitary work and
                   other allied work etc. satisfactorily executed of the aforesaid apartment is
                   as per agreement to sell executed in favour of me/us.


                   That the I/We do hereby declare that I/We have no dispute with you
                   regarding quality of construction, title, amenities and speciflcationsor any
                   other matter regarding my/our apartment.

         That I /We do hereby declare that I/We shall pay the yearly proportionate
         municipal corporation taxes, and the service tax if applicable of the
    ..aforesaid apartment and commonly monthly proportionate maintenance
