               (Specification and amenities for the Apartment)


     1)   STRUCTURE            The Structure of the Building shall be R.C.C.
                               Framed
                               Structure.

     2l   WALLS                External Walls 230 mm thick (Hollow/Solid) and
                               internal Walls 115 mm thick (Hollow/Solid) as
                               per design.

     3)   PLASTER              External 20 mm thick Double coat cement plaster
                               and lnternal Plaster L2 mm thick smooth cement
                               plaster.

     4)   FLOORING             Complete lmported Marble flooring (Either of
                                             /     /
                               Botachino Dyna Perlato) with mirror polish
                               and ceramic / vitrified tiles in all balcony /
                               terraces / kitchen ( Tile Make - Mirage and
                               Kajaria ).

     s)   DooRS                All door frames are Teak wood frames and Main/
                               Bedroom doors are Veneered 35 mm polished
                               doors and bathroom doors shall have one side
                               Veneered and other side laminated.

                               All external balcony doors shall have U.p.V.C
                               glass doors.

     6)   WTNDOWS              U.P.V.C. Windows (about Rs.500/- per Sq. Ft)
                              with M.S gri\\s.



     7)   TOTLETS              Flooring & Cladding in vitrified / ceramic tiles
                               Upto P.O.P Celing height ( Tile Make - Johnson,
                               Nitco etc ) with sanitary ware ( American
                               Standard/Duravit or Equivalent). Single lever
                               mixers shall be provided for bathroom divertors
                               & Thermostatic system as per design ( Fittings
                               make - Grohe). All Bathrooms shall have
                               pressurised online water system through
                               Pressure pumps from underground water sump.
                               Kitchen and Powder room to be supplied water
                               through gravity from Overhead tank.

     8)   PA|NTINGS            External Walls : One coat of primer Two coat of
                               Acrylic Paint (Dulux Weather sheild Max).
