        We hereby declare and state that "Pioneer Orion" is a project of Plotting at Kh
        No.34l1 and 3414, Mouza- Bhamti, CTS No.170, Bhamti, Nagpur. The layout is
        sanctioned by Nagpur lmprovement Trust under Maharashtra Gunthewari
        Developments (Regulation, Upgradation and Control) Ordinance 2001 and as per
        provisions of the Act Nagpur lmprovement Trust shall complete the development
        work of the project like Sewer line, Storm line, tarring of roads and water supply
        since the development cost is paid.

        We further state and declare that the project is covered under development of
        "Plots" and therefore does not require any Commencement Certificate or IOD from
        the concerned authority.
