         2         That the project land is free from all encumbrances.
         3.     That the time within which the project shall be completed by the promoter
         from the date of registration is 31/03/2025.

          4          That seventy pcr cent of the amounts to be rcalized hercinafter by promoter
          for the real estate projcct from the allottees, from time to time, shall be deposited
