DECLARATION
I, Rajesh Batwani, Partner, M/s Jarry profit, do hereby declare , that our Project
Anupama Pearl Rejency is registered under Maharera Act with Rera registration No.
P50500004233 with the Date of Completion on 19/01/2021 . Further, we have
completed the above project in all respects and had applied for Occupancy Certificate
with NMC-Town Planning Department (Local Planning Authority) Nagpur Municipal
Corporation, Nagpur, before the above mentioned date . However due to some
technical reason there was a delay in the processing of our request and the Occupancy
Certificate was granted to us on 09/04/2021.

We have duly uploaded the Occupancy Certificate along with the Form 4 (Architect
Certificate) on Maharera Site and has not applied for extension of the project as the
project was already completed and Occupancy Certificate was received.

This declaration is given for delisting our project from the List of Lapsed Projects as
suggested during the Public Forum Online Meeting attended by us on 19/05/2023.
