   documents, and the relevant records of [Promoter] for the period ended 31st March 2018

     II.   Amount collected during the year for this project is Rs. 1,96,43,431.00 and amount
           collected till date is Rs.7,77,60,646.00 .
    III.    Amount withdrawn during the year for this year is Rs. 35,12,014.00 and amount
           withdrawn till date is Rs.2,26,08,428.00 .

4. I/We certify that MIs Mahalaxmi Infra has utilized the amounts collected for Nakshtra 3 only
   for that project and the withdrawal from the designated bank account(s) of the said project
