       2. I haveestimated the cost of Civil, MEPand allied works required fer completion of the layouts
          and proportionate cempletion of works of the project as per specificatiens mentioned in
          agreement of sale. Our estimated cost calculations are based en the drawings/plans made
          availableto. us for the project under referenceby the Developer/Consultants.The Scheduleof
          item and quantity required fer the entire wok as calculated by Vipin RameshVaidya Quantity
          Surveyor* appolnted by Develeper/Engineer,the assumptionof the cost of material, labor and
          ether input made by developer and the site inspectioncarried out by us to ascertain/confirm
          the aboveanalysisgivento.us.


     3. I estimateTotal EstimatedCostof completionof the aforesaidproject under referenceat Rs.Rs
          1,02,00,0001- (Total of Table A and B) at the time of Registration.The estimated Total cost of
          project is with reference to the Civil, MEP and Allied works required fer completion of the
          layouts and proportlonate completion of works, as per specificatiensmentioned in agreement
          of sale and for the purpose of ebtaining occupation certificate/cempetitien fer the
          Layeut/Pletted Develepment from the NMRDA being the Planning Autherity under whose
          jurisdiction the aforesaidproject is beingimplemented.                       ' -",

     4. The EstimatedCostIncurredtill date is calculatedat Rs.1,02,00,0001- [Total of TableA and B).
          The amount of EstimatedCost Incurred is calculated~n the basisef input materials/services
          usedand unit cost of these items.
5. The Balance Cost of Completion of the Civil, MEP and Allied works for completion of the layouts

     and proportionate completion of works, as per specifications mentioned in agreement of sale, of

     the Project is estimated at Rs.001-(Total of Table A and B).


6.   I certify that the Cost of the Civil, MEP and Allied work for the layouts and proportionate works,

     as per specifications mentioned in agreement of sale, of the foresaid Project as completed on

     the date of this certificate is given in table A and B below:
