We would like to state that,


       1) As per approval from Nagpur Improvement Trust (NIT) vide there Order No.
           B.E.(Meho)/SouthA.{agpur(Rural)/Case No. I|i{57612011012846/22 Dated 0l-06-2011,
           We have completed the construction of 6 (Six) Towers namely Tower-A (G+7), Tower-B
           (G+6), Tower-C (G+5), Tower-D (G+5), Tower-E (G+5) and Tower-F (G+5) according to
           approved plan.
       2) The construction of 6 (Six) Towers as mentioned above have been completed in the year
           December, 2015 and according obtained the completion certificate from Mr. Sanjay Soni
           Architect (copy enclosed herewith)
       3) We have registered the said project on RERA on dated 05/0812017 vide RERA No.
           P505000033 1 1
       4) All the units have been sold as per sanction plan and entered into an Agreement to Sell
           and mostly handed over the physical possession of the sold units to the customers before
           MRERA registration.
       5) On dated 25/1012020, we have updated Form-4 (UT), Architect Certificate for your
           reference and requested for 60 days extensions for Occupancy Certificate from NMRDA,
           Nagpur.
       6) Out of 132 Units, we have sold l2l Units and entered into Agreement to Sell and given
           physical possession to the I l6 Customers before MRERA Registration i.e.05/0812017.
       7) As per new DCR, we have submitted for revise building sanction plan for extra one floor
          in Tower-B, Tower-C, Tower-D, Tower-E and Tower-F and we have not sold the single
          unit due to want of revised sanction from NMRDA.
       8) Since, we have applied for revised sanction with NMRDA, we humbly request you to
          give extension for further 2 (Two) years for obtaining Occupancy Certificate. We will
          assure you thfr'w'e will not sale the vacant units until we get the Occupancy Certificate
          from NMRDA, the challan copy for scrutiny for revised sanction is enclosed.
