Construction Work of 3 Buildings I Buildings 1 consist of (Tower A), Buildings 2 consist
of (Tower B), Buildings 3 consist of (Tower C, D, E & F) ], situated on the, Land, Kh. No.
39/2, Mouza - Gawsi Manapur, Tah. Nagpur (Gramin), District Nagpur, PIN - 441108
admeasuring 16006.30 sq.mt. Plot area being developed by Pyramid Ventures India
Private Limited.

2. Following technical professionals are appointed by Owner / Promoter :-

(i) Shri. Sanjay Soni as L.S. i Architect   ;



(ii) Shri. Avinash Bhatt as Structural Consultant

(iii) Technic Consultancy Services Shri Ram Karu and Kishor Kogje as Plumbing Consultant
(iv) Shri.sanjay Mulmule as Site Engineer.


3. Based on Completion Certificate received from Structural Engineer and Site Engineer;
and to the best of my/our knowledge I hereby certify that Buildings 1 consist of (Tower A),
Buildings 2 consist of (Tower B), Buildings 3 consist of (Tower C, D, E & F) has been
completed in all aspects and is fit for occupancy for which it has been constructed. We will
apply all 3 Buildings consist of Buildings 1 consist of (Tower A), Buildings 2 consist of
(Tower B), Buildings 3 consist of (Tower C, D, E & F) for Occupancy Certificate with in 60
days and submit to RERA as soon as we received the same.
