                             l. You are hereby permitted to occupy as per sanctioned building permit No. BE (NMRDA)

                             2' Subject to terms & conditions mentioned in NA order issued by Collector (Nagpur)

                                  Structural Stability is the sole responsibility of Owner / Builder & Structural Designer.
                             4. Subject to compliance of conditions mentioned by Chief Electrical Inspector

                                 installation of six lifts.
                             5. Subject to compliance of conditions of development agreement dated 16.03.2011
                                                                                                               with NIT.
                             6. Subject to compliance of conditions laid down by MPCB for consent to establish

                             7. Subject to condirions mentioned in Release Letter of NMRDA dated 27.10.2022.
                             8. Subject to compliance of conditions laid down by Directorate of Maharashtra Fire

                             9. The owneribuilder shall plant & grow shady trees on vacant land oflayout.
                           I 0. The owner/builder      is responsible to provide sufficient water supply arrangement.
                           I l. Conditions in the building permit shall be binding on the party.
                           12.The owner/builder/society shall maintain the Sewage Treatment Plant, Rain water
                                                                                                              harvesting solar water
                               heater system & storm water drain as per norms.
                           13. Occupancy Certificate does not approve any deviation other than sanctioned
                                                                                                          building permit.
                           l4' Ifany Unauthorised/llligal/Contrary Construction done & noticed, then action for demolition
                                                                                                                           shall be taken
                                 as per MRTP Act.
