2. We have obtained all necessary information and explanation from the firm, during the course of our audit,
which in our opinion are necessary for the purpose of this certificate.

         ii. Amount collected during the year for this project is Rs. 6,52,84,798/- and amounts collected till date is

         Rs. 15,38,83,886/-


         iii. Amount withdrawn during the year for this project is Rs. 6,34,36,255/- and amount withdrawn till
         date is Rs. I 5,20,35,343/-


4. Ufe certiflz that the M/s Ankit construction has utilized the amounts collected for "K-square Apartments"
project only for that project and the withdrawal from the designated bank accountfs) of the said project has been
in accordance with the proportion to the percentage of completion of the project.
