Additional Disclosures

M/s FIRE Arcor Infrastructure Private Limited, a Company registered under the provisions of Companies
Act 1956 is developing a Township in Nagpur which is sanctioned under Special Township Notification
No TPS-2408/671/CR-315/08/UD-9 dated 31st August 2009 issued under section 15(1) of the
Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966. The company has completed 993 units and obtained
occupancy certificate for the mentioned units. The company has undertaken development of 251 more
units for which project is being registered with Real Estate Regulatory authority.

In view of the above and keeping transparency we would like to make following additional disclosures;

      That sanctioned MLP of the township comprises of School, Hospital and Hotel Plots which will
       be sold in due course of time and the construction of the same depends upon business deal,
       viability and habitation of township.

      That sanction MLP of the township comprises of Temple plot. Company has already executed
       MOU with ISKCON for the construction of International Vedic Cultural Centre. The construction
       of the same is being carried out independently by ISKCON.

      That the amenities and the infrastructure at the entire township level are being completed on the
       basis of habitation.

      That Club House and Community Centre will be owned by Company.

      Apart from residents and unit owners, Club House Membership is open at the discretion of the
       Company.

      That company has made application to reduce green area requirement which may affect the FSI
       and open areas for the entire township. Subject to approval of the application, this FSI and
       reduced open area will change the sanctioned MLP but will not affect plots for which OC is
       already obtained or the on-going project.

      That we have applied for FIRE NOC for Unity Studio Apartments dated 22nd August 2016 and
       we are following-up for the same.
