     C.D. Giripunje, License No. NIT LS 1321 and Structural Engineer Shri Sanjeev
    Berad, may be occupied on the following conditions.
     I. You are hereby permitted to occupy as per sanctioned building permit No.
        BE(Metro)/854, dt. 22/07/2016 and Case No. MB-4496/2016042578/859, Date:
        22/07/2016
    2. Subject to terms & conditions mentioned in N.A. order issued by Collector, Nagpur
        on dated 12/02/2016.
    3. Subject to compliance ofconditions of development agreement dated 21/04/2016 with
        NIT.
    4. On the basis of structural design sufficiency certificate of Shri Sanjeev Berad, Reg
        No. M-124721-7 dated 18/08/2019.
    5. Subject to compliance of conditions mentioned by Chief Electrical Inspector dated
        10/05/2019 & 05/09/2019 regarding installation of lift.
