ALLOTEMENT LETTER


This is to confirm that you have allotted Flat/Shop No.________ on __________ Floor having carpet area
_________ Sqr.Mtr.in our propose scheme named and style as SIDDHIVINAYAK APPARTMENTS to be constructed
on Survey No.34/2 (part) Mouza:Beltarodi,Nagpur to Mr./Mrs____________________________________ resident
of _____________________________________.

The Flat/Shop being constructed by us under the Apartment ownership Act are subjected to the terms and
conditions of the Agreement will be/has been entered into by you with us and the same are binding to the parties
thereto.

Please note that you will not be allowed to dispose off/sale/enter into Agreement to sale of the said Flat/Shop in
any manner during construction and till its completion without prior permission and express sanction from us as
well as your employer/financing agency if any. That we have no objection if the same is mortgaged with your
employer/financial agency if any.

The total cost of Flat/Shop is Rs._____________________ which is excluding government duties and taxes.
