10/2 , to the East 9.00 mt wide Purshottam Sathe marB, & to the West property of Mr. Deoskar, in Dhantoli ,
Nagpur, District Nagpur PIN 440 012 admeasuring 1592 sq. Mts area being developed by M/S Navabharat

          (i)     Shri P.S.Patankar as Structural Cohsultant.
          (ii)    Shri. Manoj Sinha as MEP Consultant.
          (iii)   Shri. Manoj Sinha as Site Supervisor.


Based on Completion Certificate received from Stiuctural Engineer and Site Supervisor, and to the best of
our knowledge, we hereby certify that Royal crest Building has been completed in all aspects and is fit for
occupancy for which it has been construded. The Royal Crest Building is granted Occupancy Certificate
bearing number NMC / TPD /O.C. / 04 dated 14.05.2014 by Deputy Engineer, Town Planning Department,
Nagpur lrunicipal Corp. Nagpur.
