                              Clarification about plot Area
We, Krushna Builders & Developers, promoter of the development project named & styled
"Ram Vatika ". As per the sanction Map issued by Town plannig, Wardha the details of the
Plottable area are as follows:

    1 Area of Plot { Minimum of {a, b, c is considered)
    a) Area as per ownership document (7/12)                          21400.00 Sq Mtr
    b) As per Measurement Sheet                                                        -
    c) As per Site                                                                     -

    5 Net Plot Area                                                   19256.00 Sq Mtr
    7 Internal Road Area                                                 6144.82 Mtr
    9 Plottable Area                                                  10947.28 Sq Mtr


The Search report issued by Faiz A Khan dated 08/03/24 specify the area as 2.14 Hector
which in Sq Mtr terms is 21400.00 Sq Mtr.
The Search report also gives the Plottable area calculation as per the sanctioned map in the
same report.
In Rera application on portal, the department ask to upload only the plottable area which is
10947.28 Sq Mtr.
So, as can be referred from above, the total area is 21400.00 sq. mtr & out of that plottable
area is 10947.28 Sq. Mtr. The search report specifies both the area in search report
whereas application specifies the plottable area.
