  Wardha-442001     having a Plot/ Layout Scheme called “Royal Estate” Situated at
  Survey No.62/2 in Mauza Masala, Village Masala (CT) Tah & District Wardha-442001.

  Boundries: Road to the East, Nalwadi Shiv to the West, Survey No. 62/1 to the North
  & Survey No.61 to the South.

  We, Firoz S/o Faruk Husain and Shri Keshavbhai S/o Jadavbhai Paghadal (Joint
  Owners) Authorised signatory and Promoter hereby declare as Under.

     1. That the Agreement to Sale prepared by us and uploaded un MAHARERA
        website, which would be issued to allotees is as per MODEL Draft Provided by
        Maha RERA Authorities under Maha RERA Rule 10(1) of the Rules.

     2. That there is no deviation except as provided below in Agreement to Sale
        Draft uploaded on site and a draft provided by Maha RERA
