           1. We are aware that as per section 4[2] (c& d) of RERA act, 2016, read with Rules &
           Regulations made there under, a authenticated copy of approvals and commencement
           certificate, sanctioned plan and layout are required to be obtained from the Planning
           Authority / Competent Authority.

           2. Accordingly, we have obtained layout approval from Sub Divisional officer (Planning
              Authority) Vide No.                   -34/2022-23 Order Passed on 08/09/2023 and
              Layout MAP is Sanctioned by Sub Divisional Officer (Planning Authority) on
              08/09/2023, For 79 plots admeasuring 9250.00 Sq. Mtrs.

           3. Also, The commencement certificate is granted for plotted development Vide
              Sanad/Case No.                     -34/2022-23   Order Passed on 08/09/2023 is
              Sanctioned by Sub Divisional officer (Planning Authority) on 08/09/2023 , For 79
              plots admeasuring 9250.00 Sq. Mtrs.
           4. Further, commencement certificate/ approvals, as and when approved will be
              uploaded under document section of this project immediately.
