           No. 252, Area 2129.55 Sq. Mtr. and Amenity Plot No. 253 Area 3414.95 Sq. Mtr.area.
           carved out of CTS/C.S.No.87/1, 87/2 situated at Mouza Sevagram Taluka and District
           Wardha (hereinafter referred as the said field ).

               I have investigated the title of the said field on the request of Shri Ganesh
               Parshuramji Atkar, Shri Sanjay Pundlikrao Manmode, and Shri Mohan
               Pundlikrao Manmode and following documents i.e. :-




      1) Description of the property,:-

               The Lay-out plot No. 1 to 251 having total area 28,775.18 Sq. Mtr. and Amenity
         plot No. 252, area 2129.55 Sq. Mtr. and amenity plot No. 253, area 3414.95 Sq. Mtr (as
         per sanction map) are carved out of CTS/C.S.No.87/1, 87/2                situated at Mouza
         Sevagram Taluka and District Wardha. The said plots have been duly converted for
         residential purpose as per the order of Chief Officer, Zilla parishad, Dist: Wardha on
         13/12/2023 via reference no 833/2023 and revised order dated:20/12/2023 via reference
         no.867/2023.
