         1.   We are aware that as per section 4[2] (c& d) of RERA act, 2016, read with Rules &
         Regulations made there under, a authenticated copy of approvals and commencement
         certificate, sanctioned plan and layout are required to be obtained from the Planning
         Authority / Competent Authority.

         2.   Accordingly, we have obtained layout approval from Sub Divisional Officer Wardha
         (Planning Authority)Case No. प्रकरण क्र. 16/ एन.ए.पी-34           /2019-20     मौजा   मसाळा   त.   जज.वर्ाा

         Order Passed on 14/10/2021 and Layout MAP is Sanction Vide No. एन.ए.पी-34/16 Dated

         14/10/2021 and स.नं. 59/1/ससनर/ 1259 जि. 16/7/2020 by Sub Divisional Officer Wardha
         and Assitant Director Town Planning Wardha and completion certificate vide no.
         क्रमां क/म.सहा./प्रस्तु - 1/काजव- ६००/2023 dated 28/09/2023 by Sub Divisional Officer
         Wardha For 105 Plots.

         3.   Also, The commencement certificate are approved प्रकरण क्र. 16/ एन.ए.पी-34/2019-20 मौजा

              मसाळा त. जज.वर्ाा Order Passed on 14/10/2021 by Sub Divisional Officer Wardha and
              Layout MAP Sanctioned Vide No. स.नं . 59/1/ससनर/ 1259 जि. 16/7/2020 by Sub
              Divisional Officer Wardha and            Assitant Director Town Planning Wardha, and
              completion   certificate    vide   no.    क्रमां क/म.सहा./प्रस्तु -   1/काजव-    ६००/2023     dated
              28/09/2023 by Sub Divisional Officer Wardha . Further. Commencement certificate
              is granted for 105 Plots.
