Mr. Ramkrushna Kachole, had decided to develop the above property and has therefore himself applied for the Commencement Certificate in his name. Hence, the Commencement Certificate was received in the name of Mr. Ramkrushna Kachole, however he passed away on 06/06/2019 and due to the unavailability of any will and his wife not being alive, his property inherited to his living legal heirs, namely : SR.
