certifying Percentage of Completion of Construction Work of Single Phase of the Layout
Project "Shree Mahalaxmi Nagari" [MahaRERA Registration Number} situated on the Survey
No. 273/1 & 273/2 Division- Nagpur, Village- Sawangi (Meghe), Taluka & District - Wardha,
PIN: 442001 admeasuring 16400.00 Sq.m. area being developed by Gorakhnath P. Choudhari
Following technical professionals are appointed by Owner / Promoter:-
          (i)      M/-s/Shri/�                as Licensed Surveyor ;
          (ii)     M/-s/Shri/�                  as Structural Consultant
          (iii)    M/-s/Shri/�                 as MEP Consultant

Based on site Inspection with respect to Layout Project of the aforesaid Real Estate Project, I
certify that as on the date of this certificate, the Percentage of Work done for complete layout
of the aforesaid Real Estate as registered vide number P50900028052 under MahaRERA is as
per table A herein below. The percentage of the work executed with respect to each of the
activity of the entire phase is detailed in table B.
