Dear Sir/Madam,
       I have developed our Land bearing Survey No.194/2 at Mouza: Deoli, in Tahsil : Deoli & District:
Wardha and prepared a layout in the said land name & styled as "GANESH NAGAR PART- 2;'.


     You visited my site and have decided to purchase a plot bearing No. ____ adm~asuring

       On oral request, I have agreed to allot the said plot to you, for consideration of Rs. _ _ _ __.,
(Rupees _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ only) per sq. mtr.


        The said sale price excludes the other charges and outgoings as may be specified.


        Out of the above you have paid an amount of Rs. _ _~- (Rupees _ _ _ _ _ _ only) as
booking amount paid as per receipt issued separately. The remaining amount is to be paid as under.

Thereafter, I shall be at liberty to sell the said plot to such person and such price as I may think fit.
