    jointly developed by Balaji Land Developers.

    certifying Percentage of Completion of Construction Work of Single Phase of the Layout Project
    Balaji Town-1 [MahaRERA Registration Number] situated on the l(hasra No. 139 Division­
    Nagpur, Village- Sindhi (meghe), Taluka- Wardha, District - Wardha, PIN: 442001 admeasuring
    8100.00 Sq.m. area being developed by Balaji Land Developers. Following technical
    professionals are appointed by Owner / Promoter:-

    Based on site Inspection with respect to Layout Project of the aforesaid Real Estate Project, I
    certify that as on the date of this certificate, the Percentage of Work done for complete layout
    of the aforesaid Real Estate as registered vide number under MahaRERA is as per table A herein
    below. The percentage of the work executed with respect to each of the activity of the entire
    phase is detailed in table B.
