                      Declaration Cum Undertaking

   I SAMIR HARIBHAU PANDE adult, Indian Inhabitant, the proprietor of S. P.
   Associates having my office at Radha Nagar, Morshi Road, Amravati - 444603 do
   hereby on solemn affirmation state, declare and undertake as under


1. I say and declare that I, being the proprietor of the proprietary concern S. P.
   Associates have applied on behalf of promoter, ie the said proprietary concern, S. P.
   Associates for registration of the real estate project, 'AAI RESIDENCY II' with
   MahaRERA vide application dated 16/02/2024.
2. I say and declare that the application for registration of the real estate project
   named 'AAI RESIDENCY II' is to be undertaken on land bearing Plot 4A & 4B on
   Survey No. 185/3A, situated at Arjun Nagar, Ahari Vihar, Village - Rahatgaon, Taluka­
   Amravati, District- Amravati, 444602 admeasuring 511.65 sq. meter within the
   limits of Amravati Municipal Corporation demarcated by its boundaries 9 meters
   wide Road to the North, Survey No 185/3B to South, 9 meters wide Road to West,
   Plot No 3B to the East hereinafter referred to as 'The Project land'.

3. I say, declare and undertake that as on the date of submission of our application
   dated 16/02/2024 for registration of the real estate project, 'AAI RESIDENCY II'
   there are no subsisting pending application submitted to MahaRERA for registration
   of real estate project(s) by whatever name called to be undertaken on the project
   land / part thereof or there are no real estate project(s) by whatever name called,
   registered with MahaRERA being executed on the project land / part thereof.

4. I solemnly state, declare and undertake that the contents of this Declaration­
   cum-Undertaking are true, correct and binding upon me, the promoter of the real
   estate project,
