Declaration Regarding Encumbrance Concerned to Finance

1. S. P. ASSOCIATES (Proprietor SAMIR HARIBHAU PANDE) in its capacity as the Promoter of
   the Project N amed and Styled as 'AAI RESIDEN CY II' and Landowner, do hereby state,
   undertake and declare as under:
   Th at th e land described below on wh ich th e Real Estate Development Project
   named and styled as 'AAI RESIDENCY II', being implemented is not mortgaged or
   any ch arge or lien is created in favour of any Bank or Financial Institution for
   obtaining loan or Construction Finance Facility. Hence th e said land is
   unencumbered.
   Description of the Land referred to above:

2. All those pieces and parcel of lands bearing Plot 4A & 4B admeasuring 511.65 sq. meters
   bearing Survey N o. 185/3A, situated at Arjun N agar, ahari Vihar, village- Rahatgaon,
   Taluka- Amravati, District- Amravati, 444602 within the limits of Amravati Municipal
   Corporation demarcated by its boundaries 9 meters wide Road to the N orth, Survey No
   185/3B to South, 9 meters wide Road to West, Plot No. 3B to the East hereinafter referred
   to as 'The Project land'.

3. Th at it is declared th at th e project, being implemented is not mortgaged or any
   charge or lien is created in favour of any Bank or Financial Institution for obtaining
   loan or Construction Finance Facility. Hence the said project is unencumbered. No
   loan is taken against building or part of building or any machinery. Hence the land
   and th e entire project is free from financial encumbrance.

4. That it is further declared that in the event of the above said land or any of the Apartments
   being constructed on the said land in the proposed building 'AAI RESIDEN CY II' is
   mortgaged then Promoter shall accordingly intimate the RERA Authority immediately as
   well as inform the prospective purchasers of the same.
