                            DECLARATION-CUM-UNDERTAKING



       I Kamalkumar Digrilal Malviya adult, Indian inhabitant, the Proprietor/
       Partner/ Designated Partner / Director / Karta / Chairman / President /
       Secretary/Treasurer / Trustee of the Proprietary C oncern / Partnership Firm /
       LLP/Company/ HUF/Society / Trust / Association of Persons / Body of
       Individuals having my office at Shop no. 9, Lane No. 2, Shyam Nagar, Near
       Shivtekadi, Congree Nagar Road, Amravati do hereby on solemn
       affirmation state, declare and undertake as under:

   1) I say and declare that I, as promoter have applied for registration of my real estate
       project, G A J A N A N TO W E R with MahaRERA vide application dated
       16/02/2024

       OR
       1) I say and declare that I, being the proprietor of the proprietary concern
       Kamalkumar Digrilal Malviya, have applied on behalf of promoter, ie the said
       proprietary concern, Kamalkumar Digrilal Malviya for registration of the real estate
       project, GAJANAN TOWER with MahaRERA vide application dated
       11/02/2024
   2. I say and declare that the application for registration of the real estate project named
       GAJANAN TOWER is to be undertaken on land bearing CS No(s)/ CTS No(s) /
       F i n a l P l o t N o ( s ) 1 , 2 & 2 8 / Surve y No(s) 218/1, 218/2 Hissa No(s)/ Gat No(s)
       / Khasra No(s) / Plot No(s) 1, 2 & 28 lying and being at Rahatgaon, Village,
       Taluka & District Amravati admeasuring 2360.75 sq. mtrs hereinafter referred to as
       the "project land".


Note: The clause below shall be applicable for real estate projects which are standalone building/
       buildings for which MahaRERA registration is sought under single project registration
       number.
3. I say, declare and undertake that as on the date of submission of my/ our
   application   dated   16/02/2024,    for      registration   of     the   real   estate
   project, GAJANAN TOWER, there is / are no subsisting pending application
   submitted to MahaRERA for registration of real estate project(s) by whatever
   name called to be undertaken on the project land/ part thereof of there is/ are no
   real estate project(s) by whatever name called, registered with MahaRERA
   executed on the project land/ part thereof.

4. I solemnly state, declare and undertake that the contents of this Declaration -
   Cum-Undertaking are true, correct and binding upon me, the promoter, of the
   real estate project, GAJANAN TOWER.

   OR

   4) I solemnly state, declare and undertake that the contents of this Declaration -
   Cum-Undertaking are true, correct and binding upon me, as well as the promoter
   GKP Associates, of the real estate project, GAJANAN TOWER.
