entirc work as calculated by Mitin M. Paturde Quantity Surveyor* appointed b'y DeveloperlEngineer, the
assumption oflthe cost of nralerial. labour and othr:r inputs macle by'developer, and the site inrspection can'ied out
by us to ascertaiu / confirm the above anal-vsis given to us.


3. We estimale'[otal Estimated Cost ol'completion of the albresaid project under refbrence at I{s. 5,70,00,000/-
at the time o1'Registration. The estimated Total Cost of project is with ref-erence to the Civil, MEP and AXlied
rvorks required lbr completion of the apartments and proportionate completion of inlernal & extemal work$, as
per specifications mentioned in agreement of sale and tbr the purpose of obtainilrg occupation certificate /
completion certificate lbr the Building(s) / Wing(s) / l,ayout i Plotted Developmerrt from the AmravatiMuncipal
Corporation, Amravati being the Planning Authority under whose jurisdiction the albresaid project ir; being
implemented.


4. The EstimateclCost incuned till date is calculated at Rs :;,70.00,000/-. The amount of Estimated Cost Incured
is calculated r:n the basis of iriput rnaterials I services used and unit cost of these items.
