               Authority / Competent Authority.


     1. Accordingly, we have obtained layout approval from Bhumi abhilekh Amravati Dist :
           Amravati (Planning authority) Dated 24/11/2003.

           Also, the commencement certificate/ building plans are approved by Office of the Municipal
           Corporation Amravati Maharashtra (Planning authority competent authority) Firstly on
           15/03/2004 which have been completed in all manners, after that as per Unified
           Development control and Development promotion regulations for Maharashtra state.
           Further dated 21/12/2022, revised commencement certificate       granted up to Seven Floors.
           (Out Of Approved Total 7 Habitual Floors.)

           under document section of this project immediately.
