         THIS DEED OF DECLARATION is made in the city of Amravati on this
       day of June 2023 by -
                       ShriPravin Sahebrao Mahalle,
                       Age 47 years, Occupation: Builder, rlo Su-sanyog Colony,
                       Amravati, Tq. & Distt.Amravati

                        Hereinafter referred to as     'GRANTOR', who is fully

                        empowered and qualified to execute this Deed does hereby
                        state

First :- That the Grantor is the absolute owner of -
1)     "Nazul plot No.591, adn1easuring 5749.06 sq.ft. (534.3 sq.mtrs.) from
Nazul Sheet No.31 of Mouje Shegaon, Pragane Nandgaon Peth, Tq. &
Distt.Amravati situated within the limits of Amravati Municipal Corporation, which
is bounded as under:
                 Towards East: Service lane & plot No.593;
                 Towards West: Road;
                 Towards North: Another's plot;
                 Towards South: Road."
2)           T.D.R. rights, admeasuring 1215 sq.mtrs. from TDR certificate issued by
the      Amravati Municipal Corporation vide Folio No.AMCIADTP/TDR/178/2023
dated 13/3/2023, certificate No.178 from field survey No.42/4-B of Mouje Akoli,
 Pragane Badnera, Tq. & Distt.Amravati."
        That the Grantor has acquired title of the aforesaid Nazul plot No.591,
 admeasuring 5749.06 sq.ft. (534.3 sq.mtrs.) by way of registered sale deed dated
 27/12/2022, which is registered with S.R.O., Amravati at Sr.No.785 1/2022. As well

 as, the TDR rights, admeasuring 1215 sq.mtrs. also purchased by Grantor by way of
                                                              Sr.No.2889/2023 from
 registered sale deed dated 27/4/2023, which is registered at
 Shri Sanjay Shankarrao Jadhav and two others.

         Thus Grantor Shri Pravin Sahebrao Mahalle became full and
                                                        P.R.Card as per mutation entry
 of plot No.591 and his name has been recorded in
     No.350 dated 25/3/2023.
