            estimated cost calculations are based on the Drawings plans made available to us for the
            projecl under reference by the developer and Consultants Schedule of items and quantity

         work as calculated by quantin- Sun,e_vor appointed by developer Engineer" and the
         assumption of the cost of material. labor and other inputs made by developer. and the site
         inspection carried out by us is Rs. 13,09,33.296.00/-

     3. We estimate Total Estrmated Cost of completion of the buildrng(s) of the aforesa.rd project
         under reference as Rs. 13,09,33,296.00/- (Total of Table A and B). The estimated Total
         Cost of project is ra,,rth reference to the Civil, MEP and allied worl<s required to be
         completed for the purpose of obtarrung occupation certrficate/completion certificate for
         the building(.s) from the being tlre Planrring Authority under *hose jurisdictron the
         aforesaid project is being inrpleniented.

     4. The Estrrnated Cost Incurred trll date is calculated at Rs. 1,00,00.0001 (Total of Table A
         and B) the amount of Estimated Cost Incurred is calculated on the base of amount of Total
         Estimated Cost.

     5. The Balance cost of Completion of the Civil, MEP and Allied works of the building(s) of
         the sublect pro;ect to obtarn Occupatron Certifrcate/Completion Certificate from (planning
         Authority) is estrmated at Rs. 12.09,33,296.00/- ((Total of Table A and B).
