        assumption of the cost of material, labor and other inputs made by developer, and the slte
        inspection carried out by us is Rs. 13,09,33,296.001-

    3. We estimate TotalEstimated Cost of completion of the buildrng(s) of the aforesaid project
        under reference as Rs. 13,09,33,296.00/- (Total of Table A and B). The estimated Total
        Cost of project is uith reference to the Civil. MEP and allied works required to be
        completed for the purpose of obta:nrng occupatlon certificate/completion certificate for
        the building(s) fi"orn the being the Planning Authority under rvhose jurisdictron the
        aforesaid project is being implemented.

     4. The Estrmated Cost Incurred till date is calculated at Rs. 1,00,00,0001- (Total of Table A
        and B) the amount of Estimated Cost Incurred is calculated on the base of amount of Total
        Estirnated Cost.

     5. The Balance cost of Conrpletion of the Civil. l\,{EP and Allied works of the building(s) of
        the sub.lect proJect to obtain Occupation Certificatei'Completion Certificate fiom (planning
