                 H. 63 R + Pot Kharab 0 H. 04 R. = 3 H. 67 R, situated at Badnera Road Touch, Near Sahil Lawn Amravati
                 within the limits of Amravati Municipal Corporation, Amravati demarcated by its boundaries [latitude
                 and longitude of the end points] by Nallah & Field Survey No. 340 [Part] to the North, by Field survey
                 No. 340 [Part] & 342 to the South, by National Highway No. 6, to the East by Akoli Badnera Road, to
                 the West of Village Amravati, Taluka Amravati District Amravati PIN 444701 admeasuring 3 H. 67 R
                 area being [Promoter’s Name] M/s Rai Udyog Ltd.,
Sir,
       1) I/We Shailendra Shamrao Deshmukh have undertaken assignment as Architect/Licensed Surveyor of
          certifying Completion of Construction Work of Rai Aashiyana, Plot No. 01 of the Building situated at the Plot
          No. 01 consisting of Field Survey No. 340/2, 340/2/A, 340/2/B, 340/2/C, 340/2/D, 340/2/E & 340/3, Mouza:
          Badnera. All the above said field Nos. 1 to 7 are adjoining to each other, forming one compact piece of land,
          total admeasuring 3 H. 63 R + Pot Kharab 0 H. 04 R. = 3 H. 67 R, situated at Badnera Road Touch, Near Sahil
          Lawn Amravati within the limits of Amravati Municipal Corporation, Amravati admeasuring 3 H. 67 R area
          being developed by [Promoter’s Name] M/s Rai Udyog Ltd.,
2. Following technical professionals are appointed by Owner/Promoter -
        (i)      M/s/Shri. Shailendra Shamrao Deshmukh as L.S./Architect;
        (ii)     M/s/Shri. Atul Wanode Structural Consultant
        (iii)    M/s/Shri. Siddheshwar Yellore Site Supervisor.


    2. Based on Completion Certificate received from Structural Engineer and Site Supervisor; and to the best
        of my/our knowledge I/We hereby certify that Rai Aashiyana, Plot No. 01 of the Building has been
        completed in all aspects and is fit for occupancy for which it has been erected/re-erected/constructed
        and enlarged. The Rai Aashiyana, Plot No. 01 of the Building is granted Occupancy Certificate/
        Completion Certificate bearing number PART OCCUPANY NO 17 – COMMERCIAL dated
        06.02.2020 by Town Planning Department, Municipal Corporation Amravati [Local Planning Authority].
        And PART OCCUPANY NO 16 – RESIDENTIAL dated 24.02.2022 by Town Planning Department,
        Municipal Corporation Amravati
