   Associates Project- GAJANAN PLAZA For the period from 1.4.2021 to 31.3.2022 with respect to
   MahaRERA Regn. Number PS0300028882. This certificate is issued in accordance with the provisions of
   the Real Estate Regulation and Development Act, 2016 read along with the Maharashtra Real Estate
   (Regulating and Development ) (Registration of Real Estate Projects, Registration of Real Estate Agents,
   Rates of Interest and Disclosures on Website) Rules,   2017
   2. We have obtained all necessary information and explanation from the Company, during the course of
   our audit, which in my/our opinion are necessary for the purpose of this certificate.

   3. we hereby confirm that We have examined the prescribed registers books and document and the
   relevant records of P. S. Associates PROJECT- GAJANAN PLAZA for the period ended 31.3.2022 and
   hereby certify that i. Amount collected during the year (1.4.2021 to 31.3.2022) for this project is Rs.
   3,78,78,064/- and   ii. Amount withdrawn during the year (1.4.2021 to 31.3.2022) for this project is
  2,31,99,751/
  4. 1/We certify that the P.S. ASSOCIATES has utilized the amounts collected for PROJECT- GAJANAN
  PLAZA project only for that project and the withdrawal from the designated bank accounts of the said
  project has been in accordance with the proportion to the percentage of completion of the project.

  Notes:- 1) There are other deposits of Rs 3,95,05,000/- in 70% account.
          2) Total withdrawal from 70% account is 6,27,04,751/-
          3) We have considered 2,31,99,751/- after deducting other deposits. ( 62704751-39505000)
