We have estimated the cost of the completion to obtain Occupation Certificate/ Completion estimated Certificate, of the Civil, MEP and Allied works, of the Building(s) of the project. Our cost calculations are based on the Drawings/plants made available to us for the project under reference by the Developer and Consultants and the Schedule of items and quantity for the entire works as calculated by Mr. Mahesh Vyawahare quantity Surveyor appointed by Developer/Engineer, and the assumption of the cost of material, labour and other inputs made by developer, and the site inspection carried out by us. the aforesaid 2. We estimate Total Estimated Cost of completion of the building(s) Phase I of cost- Rs.13,78,98,077/-). The project under reference as Rs. 16,02,59,861/- (for construction MEP and allied works estimated Total Cost of project Phase I is with reference to the Civil, certificate / completion required to be completed for the purpose of obtaining occupation certificate for the building(s) from the Amravati Municipal Corporation being the Planning Authority under whose jurisdiction the aforesaid project is being implemented. 3. The Estimated Cost Incurred till date is calculated at total cost Rs.8,99,25,139/- (for construction Rs. 6,99,25,139/-). The amount of Estimated Cost Incurred is calculated on the base of amount of Total Estimated Cost. 4. The Balance cost of Completion of the Civil, MEP and Allied works of the Building(s) Phase I of the subject project to obtain Occupation Certificate/ Completion Certificate from AMC_ (planning Authority) is estimated at Rs. 7,03,34,722/- 5.
