That the promoter shall get the accounts audited within six months after thc cnd oi every financial year by a practicing chartered Accountant. and shall producc a statement ol accounts duly certified and signed by such practicing chartcrcd Accountant, and it shalt be verified during the audit that the amounts collected for a particular project have been utilized lor the project and the withdrawal has been in tornpliance with the proportion to the percentage of completion of the pro.lect. 7. 'l'hat the prornoter shall take all the pending approvals on time, from the compctcnt authorities. 8. That the promoter shall inlorm the Authority regarding all the changes that havc occurred in the inforrnation lurnished under sub-section (2) olsection 4 of the Act ancl under rule 3 ofthese rules, within seven days olthe said changes occurring' 9. -lhat the promoter has fumished such other documents as have been prescribed b1' the rules and regulations made under the Act. 10.
