I, Narendra Gawatre have undertaken assignment of certiffing Estimated Cost for the S S
Diamond having Maha RERA Registration No. P501m053908 being developed by SS Life
Space


2. Wb have estimated the cost of the completion to obtain Occupation Certifrcate/Compfetion
Certificate, of the Civil, MEP and Allied works, of the building of the project. Our estimated
cost calculations are based on the Drawings/plans made available to us for the project under
reference by the Developer and Consultants and the Schedule        of    items and quantity for
the entire work as calculated by me appointed by Developer and the assumption of the cost of
nrateriat, labour and o,ther irputs madE by del'elo,per, aadthe site irspection carried out by us.

3. We estimate Total Estimated Cost of completion of the building of the aforesaid poject
under reference as Rs.12r22r00r{n0.00 at the time of registration. The estimated Total Cost of
project is with reference to the Civil, MEP and allied works required to be completed for the
purpose of obtaining occupation certiticate/completion certiticate tbr the building from the
Akola Municipal Corporation being the Planning Authority under whose jurisdiction the
aforesaid project is being implemented.

4. The Estimated Cost Incurred till date is calculated at Rs. 7r49,67,W.fi). The amount of
Estimated Cost Incurred is calculated on the basis of input material /services used and unit cost
ofthese items.


5. The Balance cost of Completion of the Civil, MEP andAllied works of the Building of the
subject project to obtain Occupation Certificak/Completion Ce{ificate from Akola
Municipal Corporation is estimated at Rs. 4;72,33,0N.(X) because project under construction
& in progress.
6. I certi$ that the Cost of the Civil, MEP and allied work for the aforesaid Project as
completed on the date of this certificate is as given in Thble A and B below :
