admeasuring 439.12 Sq.mtr. area being developed by Ravindra Pundlikrao Mahalle.

I/We Sameer Lalitkumar Bedmutha have undertaken assignment as Architect/licensed Surveyor of
certifying Completion of Construction Work of Shiv Residency Building/ 1 Wing of the Building situated
on the Plot bearing Survey no. 38/1, Final Plot No. 35 of Division Amravati Village - Benoda Taluka
Amravati Dist Amravati PIN - 444606 admeasuring 439.12 Sq.mtr. area being developed by Ravindra
Pundlikrao Mahalle.

2.      Following technical professionals are appointed by Owner / Promoter :-
        (i)     M/s. / Shri / Smt. Sameer Lalitkumar Bedmutha as L.S. / Architect
        (ii)    M/s./Shri / Smt. Pankaj D. Deshmukh as Structural Consultant

3.      Based on Completion Certificate received from Structural Engineer and Site Supervisor and to
the best of my / our knowledge I/We hereby certify that Shiv Residency Building 1 Wing of the Building
has been completed in all aspects and is fit for occupancy for which it has been erected / constructed
and enlarged. The Shiv Residency building / 1 Wing of the building is granted Occupancy Certificate /
Completion Certificate bearing number 12 dated 04/05/2021 by Amravati Municipal Corporation,
Amravati (Local Planning Authority)
