 1. This certificate is issued in accordance with the provisions of the Real Estate (Regulation and
    Development) Act, 2016 read along with the Maharashtra Real Estate (Regulation and Development)
    (Registration of Real Estate Projects, Registration of Real Estate Agents, Rates of Interest and Disclosures
    on Website) Rules, 2017.

2. We have obtained all necessary information and explanation from the Promoter, during the course of our
   audit, which in our opinion are necessary for the purpose of this certificate.
3. We hereby confirm that We have examined the prescribed registers, books and documents, and the
   relevant records of Project - Vandan Park for the period ended 31/03/2021 and hereby certify that:
      i        M/s Vandan Infra Projects Private Limited (Promoter) have completed 8.41% (in terms of Form
               No. 3) as of 31/03/2021 of the project titled Vandan Park, MahaRERA Regn. Number
               PS0300028541 located at Final Plot No. 1l to 25, Field Survey No. 2, Srinath Wadi, Peth
               Amravati       444605.
      i.       Amount collected (70% ofthe amount collected from the Allottees of Rs. 41,21,000/-) during the
               period 01/04/2020 to 31/03/2021 for this project is Rs. 28,84,700/- and amounts collected (70%
               of the amount collected from the Allottees) till 31/03/2021 is Rs. 28,84,700/-.
      iii.     Amount withdrawn (amount withdrawn from 70% of total amount collected of Rs. 28,84,700/- as
               in (i) above) during the period 01/04/2020 to 31/03/2021for this project is Rs. 16,41,500/-and
               amount withdrawn (amount withdrawn from 70% of total amount collected) till31/03/2021 is Rs.
               16,41,500/-.

4. We certify that the M/s Vandan Infra Projects Private Limited has utilized the amounts collected for
      Vandan Park Project only for that project and the withdrawal from the designated bank account(s) of the
  said project has been in accordance with the proportion to the percentage of completion of the project.
