Nisarg Garden Wing R and have applied for MahaRERA registration vide
application number REA50100165204. Recently I have received a scrutiny from
your department stating ‘Please refer UD's resolution dated 23.02.2023 and
subsequent MahaRERA's order u/no 45 of 2023 dated 15.05.2023, regarding
verifying the authenticity/genuineness of CC/OC. Kindly, note that on receipt of
comments from the competent authority from their designated email on
respective MahaRERA email (as mentioned in order u/no. 45 of 2023 dated
15.05.2023) your application will be processed’

Sub Department Officer, Akola being competent authority for the proposed
project through their registered mail id sdoakola@rediffmail.com has already
mailed the valid commencement certificate as per their record on 22/10/2024
as required on the mail id mahareracc.akola@gmail.com. Along with this the
SDO department has also emailed letter in regards to email id verification of
sdoakola@rediffmail.com via letter dated 22/10/2024 vide number 123/2024.
