                               Declaration-Cum-Undertaking

 I Mr. Anurag Shriram Agrawal, Indian inhabitant, the Designated Partner of the Akola's
 Construction LLP having my office at Duplex Hlt, MHADA Colony, Ram Nagar, Opp.
 Kidzee School, Akola - {4,1fi)l do hereby on solemn afiirmation state, declare and undertake
 as under:


  l. I say and declare that I being the Designated partner and authorized signatory of Akola's
 Construction LLP have applied on behalf of promoter, ie the said legal entity, Akola's
 Construction LLP for registration of the real estate project, Infinity Tower with Maha
 RERA vide applic ation darcd 23lo g l202 \

 2. I say and declare that the application for registration of the real estate project named
 Inlinity Tower is to be undertaken on land bearing Nazul Plot No. 12119 out of Nazul Sheet
 No. 40 total admeasuring E9I.90 sq. mtrs. at Tq. Dist Akola hereinafter referred to as the
 "project land".

 3. I say, declare and undertake that as on the date of submission ofour application dated _
2!)4fu21lfor registration of the real estate project Infinity Tower there are no subsisting
 pending application submitted to Maha RERA for registration of real estate project(s) by
 whatever name called to be undertaken on the project land / part thereof or there is / are no
 real estate project(s) by whatever name called, registered with Maha RERA being executed on
 the project land / part thereof.

 4. I solemnly state, declare and undertake that the contents of this Declaration-cum-
 Undertaking are true, correct and binding upon me, as well as the promoter Akola's
 Construction LLP ofthe real estate project, Infinity Tower.
