          & Regulations made there under, an authenticated copy ofapprovals and commencement
          certificate, sanctioned plan and layout are required to be obtained from the Planning
          Authority / Competent Authority.

          2. Accordingly, we have obtained layout approval from NA on NA. we have obtained
          Original Building Approval Plan from Akola Municipal Corporation on 2410412024
          granted up to completion for I Buildings, having Lower & Upper Basement + Lower &
          Upper Gr. Floor + 6 Upper Floors.

          3. Also, the commenc€ment certificate is approved by Akola Municipat Corporation on
          2410412024. Further, the commenc€ment certificate is granted up to completion for I
